You should wondering what the title implies; well it basically talks about the two search engines – Delicious and LinkedIn. Except of course you are an ICT inclined person, you may not be so familiar with the two sites. Naturally, ordinary Internet users would think the only search engine available to them is Google.com and sometimes ask.com. It would interest you to note that that there are thousands of search engines. However the aim of theis write up is to deal with only two namely delicios.com and linkedin.com.

Let's kick off with delicious.com - at least to give an impression of wetting your appetite.  Delicious is a social bookmarking service that allows you to tag, save, manage and share Web pages all in one place. With emphasis on the power of the community, Delicious greatly improves how people discover, remember and share on the Internet. Basically, it is more of a specialised search engine that serves a common purpose of bookmarking your web sites of interest. It becomes very important when you have forgotten web addresses.

Delicious is a lso generuous in the sense that you can not only copy bookmarks, you can also share it with others. Even if you don't have a personal computer, or you happen to be using more than one computer, delicious synchronise your bookmarks in one place so that they can be accessible from any computer.

Now how to save a bookmark?

It is a little different than what you're used to. Depending on which buttons you've added to your browser, you can click the "Tag" or "Bookmark this on Delicious" button to save a new bookmark. Regardless of the buttons you've chosen, you'll see the following fields.
