Lovely Florinda Bolkan reclining in a tub in Elio Petri's marvellous 1970 polizieschi, Indagine su un Cittadino al di Sopra di Ogni Sospetto (The Investigation of a Citizen Above Suspicion). A remarkable tale of corruption in high office, the film tells of a powerful former head of the homicide squad (Gian Maria Volonté) who kills his lover, Augusta Terzi (Bolkan), and then intentionally leaves incriminating evidence leading back to him, all in an effort to find out if his position makes him exempt from the murder charge.
