Lasagna in a Bun

Hello everybody,
i hope to find the time to add a few more recipes on here later. But currently i am busy with a fun game we are playing at my american bulletin board
http://www.tasteofhome.com/ under recipes... we are looking within the next few months for the Top 100 recipes of the board in each section and subcategory...
Till today we could enter up to 5 Breakfast recipes... and now i will subdivide the recipes into logical categories and then set them off to gett everybodys votes.... its going to be fun...

So till that is done i won't be able to post recipes on here... believe me friends i have lots to share with you.... and over time i will also add pictures and much more.
Already love my little blog...

Another all time favorit recipe my son adores....

Lasagna in a Bun
this recipe was posted by Diana from Texas from TOH BB....

1 lb ground beef
1 cup homemade spaghetti sauce (you can use a jar if you like)
1 1/2 tsp garlic, minced
1 tbsp italian herbs fresh or dried
1 c ricotta
1 c mozzarella, shredded
1 c cheddar (or gouda) shredded
1/2 c parmesan cheese grated
10 -15 hard rolls (Brötchen)

Brown and drain ground beef. Add spaghetti sauce, garlic and italian herbs. Heat through. Cut off tops of rolls and hollow, leaving approx 1/4 inch thick shell.

Mix ricotta, parmesan, 1/2 c mozzarella and /2 c cheddar. Fill the buns with meat mix and top with cheese mix. Bake at 350°F for 25 min. Top with remaining cheese and bake another 5 min until cheese has melted.

This can also be made in larger hoagie rolls as a meal.... i prefer the "snack size"...

Can be made ahead of time, frozen then reheated.
