**Cup by Cup... Chocolate Cake**

this is a very moist - super easy and quickly made chocolate cake that my son likes to prepare and EAT....

Cream 2 Eggs with 1 cup sour cream (or creme fraiche).
Please add 1 cup sugar and mix well until sugar has dissolved (no more crunching soundsthen add 1/2 cup oil, 1 cup flour and 2 tbsp baking powder, 1 cup ground nuts or almonds, 1 cup instant chocolate milk powder and 2 tbsp dark cocoa, a bit vanilla. Mix well and bake in the preheated oven in a greased loaf tin at 160°Celsius for 1 hour.
You can frost with melted chocolate if you like!!!

Cheap Chocolate Cake
This is easy and very good - much like a mayonnaise cake

3 c flour
2 c sugar
2 tsp baking soda
6 Tbsp baking cocoa
1 tsp salt
3/4 cup oil
2 Tbsp vinegar
2 c cold water
2 tsp vanilla

Mix dry ingredients
Add wet ingredients and mix well
Bake at 350° until done
