I think I've spammed the Interwebs nearly enough tonight with this thing, but I entered a mini-poetry competition with very little time to spare. Voting closes tonight, and $3000 is up for grabs. I'd like to use the money to put on a very grand follow-up Gentlemen's Tea Party for The Ruby Fizz Society.
We sold nearly a couple of hundred tickets to last year's tea party, and fun though it was, lots of good folks volunteered their time. I don't want to kick RFS out of its hiatus till I can pay everyone, and winning something like this could be rather helpful.
More poetry! More burlesque! More importantly, more tea! That's my plan.
